Entry Requirements

There are no previous academic qualifications needed to enrol for the security course, making it perfect for international students starting out in the industry or who are looking to do so.

There are, however, some minimum security training requirements which must be met to enrol, and it is a student鈥檚 own responsibility to ensure they meet them. All students must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a basic level of physical fitness.
Possess adequate written and verbal English skills.
Have competent literacy and numeracy skills.
Bring their own laptop, tablet, or device to class.

Course Details

The CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations is the official qualification needed to apply for the security licence necessary for entry-level security jobs.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
